This campaign is both an old & new concept. This is a throwback to gaming days of yore, when you could "drop by" your friend's place and join a dungeon-delving role-playing game session for a couple hours. You could leave, and someone else could show up and play, without disrupting "the story" or stopping the others from continuing. Player Characters can come & go, so long as one PC keeps it going with the GM. We can wrap the game up neatly enough for a quick conclusion at the end of a day's session. Next session could pick-back-up in the same spot, or transport to a totally new dungeon and begin anew. It's episodic, fantasy, pulp, and at times a bit gonzo. It's dungeon-crawling for ever-changing party membership with open-ended session times. This campaign incorporates new concepts of online gameplay, voice over internet communications, Roll20 features like maps and tokens and dice. I'm mashing-up the new technology with old ideas from open-table dungeon-crawling RPG-days.
