Looking for players for a medium length fantasy campaign called Red Hand of Doom , (yes, that Red Hand of Doom). Please, no players with previous RHoD experience. The campaign will be using the Aperita Arcana fantasy adaptation of Fate Core. The sessions will be every other Saturday beginning 7/23 at the earliest. Start times for sessions will be 6:00pm -5 GMT. I will support the campaign with a wiki type page where I hope players will make journal contributions between sessions. Aperita Arcana makes most of the necessary changes to the Fate Core rules for a fantasy game. The only other rules addition I see at this time is the inclusion of a Survival skill. Player races are limited to Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Half-Elf, Hafling, or Human. As far as the magic system is concerned, Aperita Arcana includes three options. Of those options I like both the Flexible Magic and the Spell Slots systems. If someone opts to play a spellcaster we can come to a accord about which system to use. I already have one player and a possible two more interested in participating. Once I get 4 we'll get started with character creation. If the four player slots get filled and someone wants to be listed as an alternate I will be happy to keep their information handy. Let me know if you have any questions. Shane
