Keeping Track of the Tier List.

I have made a sheet to help keep track of the tier list. After each game it should be edited to include the PLAYER NAMES of those who played (not their characters' names). UPDATE: The system has been updated to calculate tiers automatically. Because of the fragility of this new sheet it can only be edited by certain players. All players are still responsible for forming a list as described below for the logs. This will be important to help keep track of tiers. With this page established players should have no excuse for not knowing their tier when they sign up for games as well. The link is here. On another note from now please try to include a proper format for your list of players in your log. This list should be constructed at the beginning of the session to avoid confusion. This will save allot of time your DM's as we have to look up this information to calculate XP. The format should look like this: Present: Character name; Race Class Lvl # (Player Name) Character name; Race Class Lvl # (Player Name) Character name; Race Class Lvl # (Player Name) Character name; Race Class Lvl # (Player Name) Character name; Race Class Lvl # (Player Name) Character name; Race Class Lvl # (Player Name) For Example: Yuuki; Human Barbarian Lvl 3 (Elee)

Excellent idea Elee! Thanks!
This is definitely a step in the right direction. As being someone who gets a bit confused about this when signing up for games, I would also like to add something more. Because there are usually multiple games being posted for signups at any given time, it is difficult to know which session # I am signing up for. I would suggest when posting a game, for the DM's to include the session number in the title of the post. IE: Game on Monday 18th July at X to X UTC Session #. Maybe I'm missing  something, but I think this would help.
good idea
