apple ipad gen 4, latest roll20, paid account on gm side - no visible map

soooo, a few members of mine that I just purchased the paid yearly sub for the ultimate account for, cannot use the app for ipad even though they have gen 3 ipads running ios 9.x, which should be supported, and they are telling me, that everything but the map and voice chat (voice obviously on apple not you guys) is usable, but that they cannot see the map at all in any way shape or form, yet they can instant message in the game, and roll the dice....this is a HUGE deal breaker, as we need them to be able to see the map for this to work fo what we want to use this for......soooo, can someone possibly help me out and figure out why its not loading the map for them?? cause I really want to be able to make this work for us as we have not found any other alternatives to be able to play dnd online given all of us are in different states from each other, so meeting up in person is not possible.

Hi Michael, there are 2 kinds of mobile tablet support for Roll20, there is the App (which has the features your Players described), and then there is the regular Roll20 Tabletop on tablet's web browser. The later is the one that is enabled by having a subscription. Advise your Players to use their tablet's web browser and go to <a href="http://www.Roll20.net" rel="nofollow">www.Roll20.net</a> &nbsp;to sign in.
