Handout images not available depending from where I connect

Hi, I have been experiencing issues with the images inclueded in my handouts for several days - I prepared the game in home and when going to a friend's home to play from there, some of the images showed broken links. I assumed that was't uploading properly and played the game wit what we can. Last weekend I reloaded the images from my home. And yesterday we played from my friend's home and I was able to see the images (which is great), but I noticed that one of them was showing in low resolution,so today I access and attempt to change it... only to realize that all my handouts but one had their images missing, showing as broken links. And this includes the ones that were working fine yesterday. Attempting to open the broken links in a new page showed this XML response: <Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access Denied</Message> <RequestId>EE2DEAB37695CD8D</RequestId> <HostId>NGP/xqReoadUzkKQwkE86vEJ7DMU0RuZQoEuVzUoqCT0j6KZMepUygvWAFCk6VTi4mP3SDrw2XA=</HostId> </Error> An example of the link that is working from my current location: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/20964535/PE8v6YjqmtZoxeObOl2TWQ/max.jpg?1468605612 And an example of link not working: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/20982374/6CdqBU1INnLE5Y3gJRf7mw/max.jpg?1468638057 Thanks for your time.
Hi there again, I got to my friend's home and found out that from there the images were also not accessible from there currently. It seems that for some reason between one day and the next I lost access to these images - and I didn't modify the game from the day we played and I was able to see them. Has someone faced the same problem, images dissapearing without apparent reason? I order to add some more data, in the recent uploads appears one of the images I wanted to see, and if I select "filter out items already in your library", this image dissappears from the list (in fact it becomes empty), which should be fine... except for the point in which I cannot locate it in any of the folders or hangouts I created in my library. And, over the top, showing all recent downloads, the missing images on the handouts doesn't appear at all. It's like they were deleted, but I am 100% sure I haven't done that; we played one day, closed session and on the next day they were gone. Thank you for your time.
Hi, I tried to reproduce the error, but simply loading images and logging in/out using them randomly doesn't appear to trigger it. I am accessing with Firefox 47.0.1, and I have AdBlock installed (attempts made with it both in active ande deactivated state). The only maybe interesting message I got was doing the following actions: If I open the handout, I get the message: GET https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/20964... Then, If I try to click on the image itself, I get: null base.js:2:9097 Error loading image. base.js:2:8348 And finally, clicking on the "edit" button and then right-clicking on the image and selecting "view image", I get: La conexión a wss://mantis002-ams.tokbox.com/rumorwebsocketsv2 fue interrumpida mientras la página se cargaba. opentok.min.js:53:4427 La conexión a wss://s-usc1c-nss-114.firebaseio.com/.ws?v=5&s=dbjC8IhefGeJlKGps1jSgLYoZyQOhLCG&ns=roll20-25 fue interrumpida mientras la página se cargaba. firebase.2.4.0.js:168:158 Firebase Offline app.js:29:27645 Player -KBsIPoJkqATW1ipm8Ol is offline... app.js:34:15632 I don't know if those last two lines might be related to the issue.

Hey Miguel, sorry you're having issues with your images. If you're receiving an Access Denied, or 403, error it means that the image has been deleted from your library. The reason it may still be showing up on one computer, but not the other, is because the browser on that computer probably has the image saved locally, or cached. If you still have the original image, you can re-upload it and attach it to the handout again with the new image and that should fix the problem.
Hey Phil, Thank you for your response. I agree with your analysis, I just don't know why they dissappeared. Nonetheless, I will clean browser's cache and re-upload the images for a fresh restart. Regards, Miguel Angel
