Sub folders duplicating in tokens area

I just logged into my campaigns R20 this evening and noticed all of the sub folders (in both of my campaigns) I had made in the token area have been duplicated and dumped into the main folder area? (With a the original subfolders still remaining in place where I created them) For example: Main Folder tree: NPC's: Subfolder 1: Male Subfolder 2: female Vehicles: subfolder 1: Civilian subfolder 2: Miltiary All of the sub folders from every folder have now had copies of themselves (the male, female, civilian, miltiary etc sub folders,) duplicated and dumped into the main folder tree. I have no idea why this happened, but I really hope it doesn't happen again. This wouldn't be as huge a deal I hadn't spent the past weekish organizing all my tokens into several dozen different sub folders for ease of use to speed up game prep.

This has happened to my 13th Age game Heroes of the Dragon Empire too. I have 3 folders at the top level today that are duplicates of folders inside the Stock folder.

I introduced a bug in the patch before last that made some folders not properly update their parent in the folder structure. Now that it's fixed some folders are appearing in two places. They are the same folder, so changes to one (including deleting) will affect the other. The issue has been fixed and I apologize for the inconvenience. If you give me a list of duplicate folders I will go through your folder structure and correct it manually. Optionally, you can create a new folder, move the contents to the new folder and delete the two duplicates to resolve the issue. Let me know how I can best assist.

Thank you, Steve. I'll tidy mine up myself.
Thanks Steve that would be most appreciated, all of the duplicated token folders I placed in a folder called "Duplicates" if that helps you correct it manually?

Thanks! :)
I am having a problem with this Steve, as well. I am trying to do as you suggest, creating a new folder, moving the pictures, and deleting the old. But now when I try to delete the folders, it gives an error saying the folder does not exist, even though it does, and then it resets the folders structure back to the way it was. This is really frustrating because I spent a lot of time last week to organize my lots of folders, and now its worse than it was before, because I have folders all over the place, and it seems to keep undoing my attempts to fix it. Is there a way for you to fix this?

Josh, if the first thing you do is delete the folder, does it not delete? If not let me know what folders you're having trouble with and I'll clean them up for you.
