It's time at last for the next adventure on the beautiful and exotic (and slightly dangerous) island of Khulican. Sign-ups shall open at 17:00 UTC+1 thursday and close at 22:00 friday night. Depending on how some things go behind the scenes there is the possibility of a hint of plot about the mission, in that case applications will be open for 5 slots with two additional slots reserved for Stephen and Elee. If the plot doesn't go ahead yet then it will be standard six open slots and more choice in what quests/jobs to take on. More details to come later on

Your mission should you chose to accept it; The Princess Vedinia of House Julianus is to travel to the Dwarven Kingdom of Khulican, there to inspect the progress of the Fort Vedinia concession and thence to represent Haven and the wider Empire of Valmar in a meeting with the ruler of Khulican, High-Priest Tintu, to occur in their great city also named Khulican. The governor of the South Maladon company will be joining the Princess on this trip and a great number of valuable cargoes will be transported to be traded in the city. While the Iron Fist Brigade, the South Maladon Company and the dwarves themselves will be guarding this caravan the City of Haven has decided in it's wisdom to supplement these forces with a small coterie of irregular adventurers for their unconventional skill and cunning has proved on occasion to be a mighty boon to the City. A base sum of 250 imperial gold pieces is to be paid per person accepted into this coterie, with extra bounties authorized in the event of exceptional service.

A note on character choice. I notice a few people intending to bring evil characters on this mission and that's perfectly fine, i play an evil character too(two in fact) but just remember that the PCs are signing on for a mission to guard a member of the royal family so be careful how you play. Just because you've picked a certain character doesn't mean the world and other characters will bend to accomodate that choice. If you act obviously evily or make the Princess suspicious of your motives you might find that character barred from the mission, or even placed under arrest(or worse). If that does happen though you will be able to try with a different character, assuming it's at a stage that would make sense to do that. A note on session end time. I intend this session to end at the stated time, but sometimes, or even most times these sessions over-run so please bear that in mind and be prepared for the possibility of a couple extra hours. There will be a hard stop after 01:00 however, so it won't quite be the bad old days of 11 hour sessions...

I shall sign up (hopfully not too late) as a Tier 5. Most likely bringing Gabriella or Lux.

The session can still go ahead however if people are still interested. Due to these changes though the start time will also be pushed back by an hour to give me a bit more prep time.

Yes, six slots. Elee will be Tier 2 if she still wants to play. Unless she wants to play a pass I guess.
