[2LFM] Seeking Awesome Gamers (Preferably 5e)

Hello, everyone! My wife and I are seeking a fun group to game with for a long-term campaign. We’re open to a few gaming systems and settings, but favor D&D 5th Edition. Unfortunately we haven’t had a lot of luck finding a good personality fit among fellow gamers, so we’d like to try again from the ground up. As far as fellow players, we’re seeking the following characteristics: • Must be friendly and willing to work with a shy and new player. • Must be a frequent roleplayer, able to interact and post RP several times a day. • Must not be a hack-slasher, but favors character development and backstory. • Must be willing to do late evening games (roughly 10 PM EST). We have kiddos. We are interested in many kinds of games, but below are some of our top choices in order of preference: • Star Wars (5e Conversion) • Star Wars Saga Edition • Lord of the Rings (5e Conversion) • Traditional 5e • Superhero Campaign (Tristat/d20) • Neverland Setting (5e Suggestions Available) • Wizard of Oz Setting (5e Suggestions Available) If anyone is interested in joining us as we seek out a good DM, please let us know and we can start chatting! I may be interested! I have kids as well, so having a late start time works perfectly for me as well. I actually prefer to have between session interaction, so frequent posts are a plus for me. No problems with new players either. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk more about it.

I also have kids and have been looking for something with a late start. I've never played in a Star Wars game before so I'd need to go over the rules but I'm sure I can pick it up quickly enough. Let me know if you guys still have a spot open.

I can run a long term campaign but I'll need commited folks for this. I'm a pretty relaxed DM. I do love putting folks in those clutch yet funny moments. I'm also willing to work with new players like "so new you can smell them fresh out of the box" but I digress. I am only available late Fridays and the weekends. Pick whichever class and race you would like in the book but no CE alignmenthe. We can do this via Skype or Google hangout. I can provide more info if/when we get started. I do like role playing but I am a happy medium as I do both sides to entertain multiple crowds. I've posted on other posts here whom are interested in a campaign. I will challenge your characters but not to a point where it will feel unfair or have dumb checks that will be too obvious. PM me if you have questions.

Id be willing to join up.  Id prefer a weekday game if possible.  Im familiar with the traditional 5e rules and their additions.  Any conversions would be completely new to me.
