Rolling delta.time bug?

Hello This is a techincal issue with Rolling at certain times of the day. Im not here saying there is a bug with Rolling in general, for the most part the rolling is balanced 80% of the time. im here to see why during times during the day why does the balancing rolls take a turn for the worst. During Times like: 8PM EST to 3AM EST that me, another player, and the DM casts about 10k rolls about everyday during this time frame. this is were our group will end up with 7k 1-5 and only 3k 6+ rolls or during Noon EST till about 2pm EST we get the reverse Hundreds to thousands of 15+ and only a few low rolls. i have about 4.5k hours in Roll20, i love this place alot, its just kinda frustrating during our D&D games we will be fine then a certain time frame hits then just everyone gets low rolls for hours, and this happens everyday and the same time, i've even seen it happen during RP Streams on Twitch. and this has been going on for almost a year. EDIT: I forgot to mention that this happends mainly with D20s D10s and D100s My Specs are: Google Chrome Version 51.0.2704.103 m Win7 professional I5 3rd gen GTX 660 TI Thanks for taking time to help me though this issue
The QuantumRoll page of the Roll20 Wiki is definitely worth checking out. QuantumRoll is actually more random than physical dice . Further discussion and readings on this topic: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/63487/from-the-source-roll20-rng-testing http://cocosci.berkeley.edu/tom/papers/hard.pdf
Thank for the fast reply but thats not what i was asking, i was asking why duing times of the day does the engine make random rolls not random, there have been several moments that during the time frame i listed that its NOT random, we could guess 99% of the rolls bc it would only roll 1-5

While it's certainly not impossible for bugs to exist, you're going to need to supply statistically significant amounts of dice rolls to show that a problem exists. Roll20 keeps a record of how the Quantum Roll is doing overall, and IIRC the entropy source is fluctuations in a laser, so it's not going to be affected by the time of day.
