It was listing the same post twice. Had one person make one post and the notification showed two identical notifications. I thought the player posted twice when I first saw it but the player didn't. It's not doing it right now but when it was doing it, my board was constantly resetting itself also. I would be in the middle of something and it would reset which would lose the work and if I looked on a new tab there would be a identical notifications. I assumed it was a temporary server glitch and would work itself out which is what it appears to have happen. I was curious if other people was experiencing it also so I wouldn't think I was crazy.
