We drop down into the sewers. The first thing we see are cameras. Eusyl laser flashes the cameras to blind them. A cleaning bot comes by and Kyle shuts it down and gives it a diagnostic and track down its control computer. We move off the catwalk toward the computer. We go in the office and see a low level functionary. Rod questions him, but he's useless. As we are watching the cameras, we see a manhole open up and "nothing" comes through. We rush out and see something jump in the sewer pit. Bal and Rod jump in and start searching. Bal pulls up next to the bad guy and starts fighting. He manages to get his opponent in a submission hold. Rodworth gets close and starts questioning the girl that we find under the Holoscreen. Her name is Yari Omega and she's a mercenary planting bombs to disrupt things. Eusyl comes over to listen and is struck by a rocket launcher, but thankfully, her inertia screen soaked up most of it. We see in the distance, 3 heavy weapons getting set up (Sonic Devastator and a Machine Gun). Kyle tells his robot to attack. It draws its laser and fires at one of the operatives...cutting him nearly in half. Eusyl pops a grenade from his rifle, damaging one other opponent. Bal shoots one with his sniper rifle, but his skeinsuit keeps him going. On our next turn, the robot slays another and puts the other on the ground. Eusyl shoots the last one with his gyrojet pistol, taking him down. We hear a smoke grenade go off as one other guy gets away (Chia Seed). The other 2 guys are Mr. Bakdoba and Sin Sanders. We staydose the lot and call Trillian and Galalea to come see what they can do. They are able to stabilize the group. We get Spider awakened and start questioning. We find out about the submarine, but Spider succumbs to the telol. Rod wakes Sanders and starts talking to him. He's uncooperative and plays tough. He doesn't have any real good information and has no clue who is paying Chia for these jobs. Everyone fingers Chia Seed as the boss. We start on Yari and she points a finger at Alex Styrigi. Rod calls Mumba to come pick up the prisoners. We put out the word on Chia Seed and hope he can be spotted. Before they go, we search the guys and take their chronocoms. The all have 2 of them. The guys try to get magnetic sensors set up to detect the sub moving through the pipes. In the mean time, Kyle sends the robot down to get the Sonic Devastator. Akk'n calls us to tell us that the submarine never moved. He went in and stayed there. Rodworth drops a grenade in the tank near the sub. Rod drops a hydrophone and says to surface or the next one will be much worse. Chia surfaces the sub and surrenders. Rodworth starts questioning him. After some verbal dancing, Chia starts trying to blame Justin White. After a good threat from Rodworth, he says it's all faked up, White has nothing to do with it. Chia, however, doesn't know who is the actual client. They are working through Pan-Gal's mercenary company. We board the sub and see the faked info and actually see that Justin White did pay these guys for something, but likely not this job. We find a mess of basic weaponry (3 Sonic Disruptors, Sonic Swords, Sonic Devastator, Machine Gun, Recoilless Rifle and a whole bunch of TD-19). They all had Holo Screens and IR Jammers. Rod calls Justin to ask him about the job and such. He hired these guys to test his house security and he finished with them after the test. Justin says he'll search his logs to see if anyone did anything through his computer to set up the bombings. Eusyl pings Pan-Gal and they offer to help us track this down, for free. They want to get in on good footing in the new government. In searching around, we find the cred sticks and attempt to hack them and track the money. It had been laundered and pretty much untraceable. We do find 3,000,000 cred and add them to our total. We break here.
