[Help] Exporting characters

The situation is when I was in a different game members with a subscription were allowed to import and export character sheets to the games they were in when the  gm of the game was a free member. Now that we moved to my rooms they can no longer do that . Would it be an api I need or is it on roll 20 side that may have changed. [Solved] Found it under settings before entering games.

Did you go into your games setting (outside the game there should be a settings button, click on it and select game settings) and click on the enable import character button?
