old account locked on first map, new account not showing map

Last week my current account bugged out and said that I was logged in all week when I actually had closed out the tab, and during times when I didn't have internet either. When I logged in tonight to play, my profile was locked on the old map and nothing would fix it, including LOLI, restart, GM changing maps, and refreshing the browser. I created a new account with a new email address and this account will not show the map at all, even though my information has been migrated from old profile to new. I am not able to play with my account being like this. My old account was under [removed], my new account is [removed]. Can you please look into this and fix it?

Sherayna, please email the devs at <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a> with your original account email and explain (basically repeat what is here) in the email to them. All account issues are dealt with by emailing the Devs (this is to protect your accounts which is why I removed your posted email addresses also). As this is being referred to email, I will close this thread.
