Character Creation question?

Just a quick question, how would you like for us to assign stat points, will we be rolling or just using the std point buy system? Or something else?
In the game chat James said you can choose to roll (standard 4d6 drop the lowest) or point buy.
Thanks for the heads up think Im feeling daring and will Roll
What is our current party make up? What is everyone thinking of rolling?
We have a Half elf wizard (yours truly), a Tiefling Warlock, a Dwarven cleric, and some sort of rogue I belive.
+1 High Elf Warlock here :)
Do we have any type of tank/front line meat shield type? A wizard, 2x warlock, cleric, rogue(?). I only have so many heals to go around ;P
My palidin will be the tank. He will be using a axe and shield. Plus if multiclassing is allowed I want to take one level of sorcerer to pick up the shield spell as a reaction.
Multiclassing is allowed - one of our warlocks is actually a Fighter right now since he's doing blade pact.  I feel like I'll have to force our rogue to the Arcane Trickster archetype so every single one of our PCs has casting ability.  Haha, unprecedented in all my years!
If people want I don't mind changing characters to a more meaty frontliner. We already have two warlocks and I got loads of characters sittin on the back burner.
I say play what you want, We should be good. As long as half the party doesnt have like AC 10 or 12.
I didn't realize we had a Pally, when asking. I do agree with the play what you want but you still want a semi balanced party or the party might not be around long :p
There is actually a fighter archetype that I have wanted to try, but it's homebrew lol
We will be fine with the Pally, I was planning on Multiclassing Fighter at some point.
The cast so far: Human Paladin High Elf Warlock Half Elf Wizard Dwarf Cleric Tiefling Fighter (Warlock) Human Rogue? So we've got two frontline (Paladin/Cleric), two frontline support (bladelock, rogue) and two back line (Wizard, Warlock).  I think that's a good setup, but the final decision is on you guys :)
It looks good to me. We are all level ones, so it really doesn't matter to much what our make up is going to be. None of us can take more then one or two good hits with out dropping. So until we level up it will be very important for us to play as a team and be smart about it.
I agree with Mike, so long as we work together, we should be good.
