Does everyone in a party need to buy Lost Mine of Phandelver in order to play the module?

I'm looking to get into Roll20 and looking to play this module with my family/friends. Does only the GM need to own the module/assets in order to run the game? I apologize if this is a question already answered in the wiki or on these forums. I've spent the last half hour trying to find an answer to this question. It seems to me that as long as the GM has purchased the assets/module then everyone else will be able to play, but I haven't seen a definiitive answer.
Modules, like other Marketplace assets, are tied to Roll20 accounts. An account that purchased a module is able to use that module in games that they are the Creator of. Just like with other Marketplace assets, players/co-GMs are able to use the assets provided by a module purchased by the Creator of one such game within that game.
I have a question about that module if anybody can answer it. Is there a way to remove the attacks of opportunity that roll extra dice on every single attack ppl make? I believe that is what is happening so ppl are rolling 1d6 and 2d6 are being rolled etc.
If you are talking about the extra 3d dice that are being rolled that is due to how the sheet is set up for critical hits.It rolls the damage dice in case there is one, but will only show it if there is one.
I was looking for the functionality from the character sheet to Click Sword and see the Dice roll with correct + or - applied then move to the Damage roll.  As players often don't know the Defense Armor Class I understand why some of this has to be manual.  And now I see there are probably other character sheets from different games which do have this functionality built in.
