Problems with the Lost Mines of Phandelver

Hello fellow forumites. I nee your help with setting up a game... I've tried searching for an answer in the forums and online but to no avail. I purchased, from the Roll20 market place, the Lost Mine of Phandelver to run a small adventure with some friends who wish to return once more to tabletop RPGs. I tried to create a new game, several times, with it selected but nothing seems to show. Neither maps, or tokens or anything for me to set it up. I've looked on the Art Library everywhere and I can't find it, neither on premium assets or my library (and I saw some posts talking about a black star, but I don't have a black star on my screen in that tab). As anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to fix it. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you in advance.

When creating a new game, are you choosing it under the modules option:

I did, more than once but it didn't seem to work.

Did the checkmark turn blue?
Indeed it did.

When you go into the game, are there multiple pages and entries in the journal, or is it just blank?
Don't know if this helps... When I go to check, on "Your Library" (under the marketplace tab on the website), in "Your Purchases" nothing appears. Is the system not registring my purchase? And, if that's the case, how do I solve it?
There are no entries in journal at all.

It should have the Module background as the image in your game list:

At this point, I think it might make sense to have you email team@roll20.net . It seems like there is something wrong with the purchase, but only they can check that.
Thank you very much for your patience. I've already e-mailed them. :)
