I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Let's carefully work through Steps 1 through 8 of the Roll20 guide to Audio Visual Troubleshooting : Step 1: Make sure you’re using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Give Roll20 permission to use your microphone and camera Step 3: Make sure Video and Voice are turned on inside Roll20 Step 4: Clear your Web Browser’s Cache Step 5: Make sure you have the right ports open Step 6: Check if your camera is working with WebRTC Step 7: Check that your camera is functioning Step 8: Do a bandwidth test If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 9 : Step 9: Solving Technical Issues Step 9.2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 9.4: Provide a bug report Please ensure that the Console Log is complete. Thank you!
I did all those step and nothing changed.  I also attached the bug report above

Rob S. said: I also attached the bug report above From Step 4 , we still need: Your anti-virus software List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled In addition, please post a complete Console Log, using these steps: Have at least one other player in-game with you. Ensure that you are set to broadcast voice to others. Open your browser's Console. Refresh the page to reload the game. Wait 1 minute. Attempt to use your microphone. Copy the entire Console Log. Post the entire Console Log.
i have mcafee and i have disable most extensions in both browsers i'm attempting to you.  my microphone is set to broadcast to others

Are you sure that your mic is working? Do you have a 2nd mic that you can try instead to make sure it's not a problem with the mic itself?
Yes i have tried several mics and they all work with my phone.  I believe is has to be a setting on the computer b/c my other laptop the mics work fine.

I've found with Windows 10 especially, it can have a hard time trying to determine and then enforce the dedicated recording device if there are multiple mic sources that can be plugged in and out at any given time. I have a similar situation where my Webcam is always plugged in, but has an inferior microphone, so I use my gaming headset that is plugged in and out only when I want to use it. Open up Windows Sound Settings window: Make sure you have your dedicated mic selected under the Recording tab. If this still doesn't work, my recommendation is to restart your computer after making the changes in the Sound Settings window for your preferred mic device. In some instances the changes to the desired recording device in Windows Sound Settings window doesn't actually stick for Chrome to pick up on until a full system restart.
