The War of Light and Darkness an Ad&d 2nd ed Forgotten Realms Campaign

The Realms have been relatively quiet for many years. Men and the Races of Toril going about their lives. But there is something that is making it self known . Skirmishs between Giants and Dragons.. Unrest awakens. But Why.. ?? This is the beginning of a new Ad&d 2nd ed campaign on Roll20. Games will be every other week on Friday nights from 7-11pm central time we will be playing via Google+ hangouts. Characters start at 1st level. no evil alignment. Using the 2nd ed Players Handbook no kits. Multiclassing allowed.

How would you characterize your DM style?

Balanced. Both Epic storys and lots to engage characters, How do you describe your player style.?

Anyway. if anyone see this and is experienced in Ad&d 2nd edition.. please let me know if you would like to play

Very experienced with 2e.  Been a long time since I got to play that version.  Could likely bring more players if needed, less experienced with that ruleset though. Let me know.

I never played 2e.  I have experience in 3.5 and 5e though.  If you wouldn't mind a slight learning curve I would like to be apart of your adventure :)

Game is suppose to start soon and we have no players. Is there ANYBODY out there who would play a 2nd ed Game on Hangouts

Hangouts isn't all that popular with the old school crowd, I have found. Between that, the fact that it's 2nd edition (not a drawback for me, but most people play 5E or Pathfinder for their D&D campaigns), and that you're on a Friday night (busiest night in gaming) - you're just kind of limiting yourself. Might want to open up some of those options.

Good grief! This would be so directly up my alley that we'd constantly bump into each other, if it weren't on one of the two nights i'm busy. If this ever moves to Sunday or Saturday, or even Monday, or Thursday, you won't be able to&nbsp; keep &nbsp;me out of this game!
