So, I have a game tonight, but I couldn't get to my normal PC so I logged into this one, but none of my PM's achievements playtime and (Most importantly) games I'm involved in have transfered over. As far as I'm aware no one else has had this issue, can I get help before my game starts in a few hours?

Do you have more than one account, and if so, are you logged into the correct account? Because nothing is saved to the computer, so you should have access regardless of which computer you are on.  If you are logged in via a tablet, that may be the other problem because games on a tablet are only available to Pro subscribers.
