Can't Upload some of my assets and can't place down others (including PC's)

So, I made some maps on the Pyromancers map maker site and when I try to upload it I select the image file (which is a PNG) and the outlines of the download bar show up, but nothing happens. If it doesn't do that then the bar fills, then goes back down and never moves. There were a few moments where I'll reload the page and it'll show up but I won't be able to place them, which is a problem that carries over to not being able to place down player tokens. I really hope there's a solution to this because we can't advance with this problem.
Check the file's size. As a free user, you cannot upload files larger than 5MB, I believe. You can distill it down in a image-editing program, or convert the file to .jpg format. Otherwise, you can use an image-editing program to slice the map into sections, upload them individually, and reassemble them in the Roll20 map layer.
I cut the map in half and it went from 5.27MB to 1.15MB and 929KB respectively (also after lowering the pixel per cell size) and it's still giving me a similar problem where it won't load all the way. It only loads partially giving a god awful image quality. I'm starting to feel like this site has a mild vendetta against me.
This issue isn't just restricted to maps, I've tried it with various other small images and the same thing happens. I start uploading the image. The load bar goes all the way to the end, then bounces back and freezes around 30%.  Smaller images are showing up at regular quality but only if I reload the page. Large ones are showing up without reload but at very low quality. I have tried clearing images from my library with no changes.
Sorry my suggestion did not help. I think you need to try the troubleshooting instructions at this point. If steps 1 through 3 do not help, post the bug report (from Step 4) here in this thread.
Thanks for trying to help, I'll give them a try and will definitely put a report if it persists.
