Player can see everything

I have a player who can see anything on the maps, despite dynamic lighting. The only way to stop him is to turn on fog of war. By everything, I also mean GM layer items. He is not a GM (still have the option to promote him to one). He is using Chrome. I had him empty the cache and do a hard re-load. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks.

I also have a player that started having this problem, though without the GM layer issue (as far as I now). Use Ingognito mode(No addons), the DL works until other tokens that emit light are used. Then he experiences flashing, ie map goes black then returns. He did not have this problem last week.

Dynamic lighting requires javascript to be running. Check with your player that their javascript is running correctly and is up to date. There's also been some success with turning hardware acceleration on to get it to work. Thanks, I'll give some of that a try. The crazy thing too, is that when I Ctrl+L his token, everything looks as it should.

Yeah that sounds like it's the acceleration or the javascript

Worked with my player last week. Turns out he had an adblocker turned on, and once he whitelisted roll20.net, everything was good. Thanks all!
