Chrome and Firefox crash upon having voice active and another person in the chatroom

I have a feeling this is because of the new Windows 10 update, version 1607 (what I currently have). Ever since then I've been unable to stay in a session with others with my Voice activated. My browser crashes instantly. Does anyone else have this problem?

This is not something I have seen before. When you say the browser crashes, do you mean the page has issues loading or like the browser completely crashes? I don't know if this will help, but if you could go through the standard trouble shooting steps we can at least rule those out. If the browser isn't completely crashing I would like to see all of the log data you get from step #4 if 1-3 don't fix the issue. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
I have done all these multiple times and it crashes on all browsers; Chrome AND Firefox. What I mean by crashing is that if my voice is enabled, I can begin to get into a chatroom, but the second it begins to load in the microphone, the browser shuts down improperly (crashes). Opening up the browser gives me a "this browser did not shut down properly. Restore pages?" Web Browser Chrome 52.0.2743.116 Operating System Windows Windows NT 10.0 Javascript Enabled Flash Version 22.0.-1 No antivirus and extensions include AdBlocker, New XKit, and Qmee. This is what the console log gives me.

Hmm, there might be an issue with your microphone. Totally crashing the browser isn't usually something that is an issue with the website, they usually do a pretty good job of keeping individual sites well contained so they can't break the browser. I'm thinking the issue lies between the browser and the mic, when they connect there is an error in the browser itself and that causes it to crash. I have a few things to try, to try and figure this out: Do you have another mic you can try in this one's place and see if that makes a difference, even just unplugging the mic and see what happens? Could you try out the video chat site  appear.in and see if that also crashes? The video chat there uses the same video chat tech that we do. If it does turn out to be your mic, you can try reinstalling the drivers for your hardware and that should hopefully make things more stable.
