Inspiration Cards

Hey guys, What do you think of these? http://imgur.com/a/a2kgS#RYt6Ayg I'm thinking they might add some fun flavor to the game, although I wouldn't run it exactly as the instructions state. Basically, whenever you get an inspiration point you get one of these cards and can turn it in for regular inspiration (adv. on a roll) or (one of) the stated effects on the card.
Here's the Reddit post I found these in, with some background info on them: https://www.reddit.com/r/dndnext/comments/2l5lq0/... I'll add it as a deck to the game that you have access to so you can play around with them.
I like the idea. I played in 3.5 game a few years back and the DM used homemade cards like these. It adds some cool random flavor.
They seem pretty neat
I like the idea. Intrested to see how you implement them, and how they will effect the game.
Alright, we'll give it a go then... Looking back over them, I think it might be worth a try to use them as described in the instructions. I was thinking of using them just as bonuses to regular Inspiration, but Inspiration gives one bonus roll to just about anything. These are much more restrictive in what you can use them for - so I see now that having up to five of them in hand makes that more useful so you don't have to throw away a "useless" card. Anway, we can try it out and if they don't work out we can go back to the regular inspiration system, or modify it... I think I found some other such cards that might work as well, if I can figure out what I did with them.
