As the title says: and that image doesn't say anything at all about "Initiative". Handout 7 has the exact same image, and coincides with the above image's title.

We've fixed the base module, so any new games created from the module will be fixed. This won't effect any games that already exist, like your own, but you can always make a new game. Thank you for pointing this out for us!
