voice and camera input

Hi folks! My friends and I we've been having issues with webcams and mics on roll20 for months and months. Generally we use skype for vocal conversation. Lastly with another group I met another related difficulty : the usual notification where you're given the choice to allow sharing voice and image doesn't show up. Ever. Even after reloading the pages and rebooting the pc multiple times. And the settings seem to be all good. So I don't understand what the problem is. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance!

Just so you know, if you are the only person in a game it will not try to connect to your camera/mic. It only connects when there is another person in the game. If there are other people, you should see a camera icon all the way to the left inside the address bar. Clicking this will give you your mic/camera options for that page.
