Here's the video I captured of the game last night: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfMXpaKeRzE So this adventure comes with 5 pre-gen characters, and is designed for 4-5 players. I was thinking I might have to scale things up a bit but decided to run it as is to see what happened and gauge it from there. No TPK, though we did have a few close encounters, and one drop. These first few encounters are a bit infamous for their ability to TPK 1st level parties - I think as a lesson to players just how squishy they can be. But where this now comes back to bite you is that with things scaled to 4-5 but divided amongst 6, you're still shy of the 2nd level XP mark :( You're rather close, though, so I'll take that into account for the next session - you should reach it within the first few encounters, I assume. So I suggest doing the legwork for leveling up now - figure out what you need to change, what new options to take, etc. If stats won't change by changing your sheet to reflect things (new spells, for instance) you can go ahead and add them ahead of the game so that they're ready to go. I'll keep track during the game and when you've reached the next level and take a short rest we can level mid-game. I don't normally like to do that just because it slows things down, but it'll be to good effect here and as long as we do most of the legwork ahead of time it shouldn't be a bother. I've split up the loot below, assuming you're keeping the healing potions and not selling them. Just for future reference, as I'm not sure if this is a standard thing - if someone wants to keep a piece of treasure that'd normally go towards the 'pot' - let's say someone really likes jade frogs, for instance - what I'd ask is that they forego that much of the group treasure to 'pay off' that item. Of course, if you took the jade frog here, you wouldn't have enough of a share to pay it off... so I'd suggest selling it ;) If you guys work out some other way of divvying things up, I'm fine with that as well.
