Before our first session next Saturday, I need the following from you: 1) Your complete level 1 character sheet. Stats are generated via the standard 27 point buy outlined in the PHB. You can make any required dice rolls yourselves; I trust you guys. All of the stuff in the Backgrounds section must be complete, and you are free to make your own background, idea, flaw, etc -- just make sure I know what it is and any mechanical bonuses it grants. I am DISALLOWING Evil characters in the interest of group and game harmony; however, if you have your heart set on playing one and you come to me with a DAMN good reason why your character must be evil, I'm willing to work with you. 2) An image to associate with your character. Google Image Search is your friend here. Make sure you note where you found it so the creator can be given proper credit. This is, of course, changeable whenever you'd like, but I want everyone to get an idea of what their characters and compatriots look like. Of course, if you want to draw your own character, you are awesome and that is fine. 3) Make sure you're capable of joining a Google Hangout. Cams are NOT required, and if we decide we want to do text-only, you can skip this step. 4) Note the start time and date. I'd like to run a session for 3-4 hours, closer to 4. If you need to shuffle the times a bit, we have some wiggle room; post on the game forum and we'll figure something out. 5) I plan on being in the game room tonight and tomorrow to fiddle with some things. If you need help building your character, want to talk about the game in general, or just want to pop in and say hi, feel free to join me! 6) These boards are great, but if you want to contact me directly and quickly, email me.
