New Player looking for a D&D 4e group which runs at GMT friendly times.

Hi folks, As the title suggests I'm new to D&D and new to Roll 20 and looking for a D&D4e game that is new player friendly and runs at GMT friendly times. As preference I'd like to play a cleric role if at all possible but will try my hand at anything. I may also be able to bring another new D&D player to the mix if I can find a suitable group.

Hey Scurra, I would be happy to DM a some tutorials for you and perhaps run a game for you and you're friend. However you say GMT friendly, exactly what time zone are we talking about here?

Ah that's great and makes it easier to work out. I am +8GMT so in Australia, which doesn't bother me to much. Depending on time I could also bring my partner into the game as she is eager to play. Have you got a time that you'd like to work around?

I'm reasonably easy when it comes to times, I work the standard 9-5, Monday-Friday so can work with evenings and weekends fairly well.

So can we set up and play the game tonight?

I can't get my other player on tonight and it may be short notice for drawing up character sheets. I'm thinking later this week would be a better bet.

Howdy! I'm from California (GMT-8) and 'd be down to play. I'd be up for playing a defender, a grappling brawler style weaponmaster fighter. I will choke, suplex, and powerbomb my enemies into submission. I'm totally new to rolld20, but I've been playing D&D 4e for over a year now and I know the rules fairly well.

Depending on the day of the week, the time and if there is still an open slot, I'm also interested. GMT -3 here.

Yikes, that comes out at about 3am over here, I don't think I'll be able to do that, can we aim for a weekend day instead when we might be able to get a more reasonable time for both of us? Sort of 9am GMT/4pm GMT+8 onwards?

Hello.. Is there an open space for one more person? I am not familiar with the general rules in Roll20 (which is what i am going to do for now, familiarize myself with it) but I have great interest in D&D roleplaying even though this iwll be my first time. My Time Zone is GMT+8 :D

I was curious on DND 4.0 is there a way i can give up all special daily powers for some other skills bescause my daily powers don't suit my character at all.
