After uploading Assets, they only show up as broken pictures

What can I do to use my own assets?

Hmm, ok. Let's get the basics done with and see what is going on. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Thanks, Pat. Excuse me for being slow. I just tried again, deleted the broken assets and reuploaded them. It worked flawlessly this time.  FYI, I follwed the first three steps to test (it didn't change my already uploaded broken assets), but ended up with my current setup working, which is: Chrome with a bunch of add-ons Windows 10, Anniversary Update After re-submitting the assets everything is working perfectly now and I'm impressed by your mapping feature. Thanks once more. Kind regards, Phil

Thank you for touching base that your graphic problem resolved itself but just keep in mind that if it happens again, drop us a post about it and try to supply a console log also. It might have indicators about what is the problem and help the devs correct it if needed. Going to close this thread now. Have a nice day.
