Did I break Cragmaw Hideout?

Hello,  I recently started the Lost Mine of Phandelver and my players can't see Cragmaw Hideout. All the other maps are visible, but when I move the players ribbon to Cragmaw Hideout, all they can see is a white box where I have tried to reveal portions of the map. It looks like an empty grid with player tokens, without any of the map's detail. At one point, I copy/pasted their character icons from the starter page onto the Cragmaw Hideout map. Could I have broken it somehow? Sorry if this question has appeared somewhere else.

Hello Lyndsay, Nothing to fear, you didn't break the module. ;) What happened was that at some point you must have accidentally sent the map image from the background layer to the GM layer (that's why this particular battle map looks very translucent to you compared to the other maps in the module). That's why your players see just a white box since there's actually no map for them to see as the GM Layer is always hidden to them. All you have to do is go to your GM Layer, right click on any space on the map and select Layer -> Background and Map Layer and you'll be back in business.
Hooray! Thanks much!
