WebRTC bugs

The one is bigger than the other. When switching from the older version (TOC I think) to WebRTC we couldn't do video/voice until we left and came back. If it requires a refresh, maybe just force it? Smaller is the item circled in the lower-left "connection failed" it showed us both this, and as you can see, the connection is working fine.
