Jukebox - Music not playing

When other players are in, my musics (simple music taken my searching in the Jukebox lists) doesn't play (most of the time), or only my players can hear it, or only I can hear it (only happend once). We tried both on Chrome and Mozilla, tested the 2 options for cameras, cleared the cache, deactivated AdBlock, nothing changes. It's the same for every single music piece. Any idea ? Going by that error message, something on your browser is impeding Soundcloud from working correctly. Which would be why your players have no problems hearing what you're trying to play for them, but your client is having issues. One thing we've seen in the past is that cookies saved directly from the SoundCloud site can muck up playing SoundCloud audio through Roll20. If you haven't done so, clear your cookies and see if that fixes things.
I've cleared eveything, and it's totally random who can hear the music, and who can't. After waiting a looong time (30mn, 1H) on the page, it works a bit better though (without touching anything else in our browsers).
Has this been solved yet? The same thing just happened to our group. One moment, music was playing normally, and then no one could hear any music when our GM switched tracks. The tab is indicating it's not playing anything in Chrome. Later on, a few hours after, I tested it again- I can't hear music still, but my friend in the chat could. I didn't get his setup, but I believe he uses Chrome, like me.&nbsp;
I'm having the same issue. With Firefox, I'm getting a short and clear error log which reads as follows: Loading mixed (insecure) display content “<a href="http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/108973974/stream?client_id=bbee575fe431e873910d2a874e013989”" rel="nofollow">http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/108973974/stream?client_id=bbee575fe431e873910d2a874e013989”</a> on a secure page[Learn More]editor GET <a href="http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/108973974/stream" rel="nofollow">http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/108973974/stream</a>... Load of media resource <a href="http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/108973974/stream" rel="nofollow">http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/108973974/stream</a>... failed.editor Cannot play media. No decoders for requested formats: [object Object], [object Object], [object Object]editor From reading through that [Learn More] link, Firefox directed me to a page about Mixed Content . Essentially, the problem seems to be that Roll20 is using HTTPS, but is accessing soundcloud through HTTP. Because of the Roll20 page is in HTTPS, Firefox believes there's important information on it to protect. To ensure that such information doesn't get stolen, Firefox shuts down the HTTP scripts (soundcloud's scripts) to ensure that a potential man-in-the-middle would be unable to intercept the packets from soundcloud and inject malicious scripts in their place. This means it doesn't load the scripts needed to play the files from soundcloud, so you can't hear anything. I assume Chrome is having issues for similar reasons. The part that I don't get is why many of you are saying this is a random thing. I would expect this to be a consistent problem. Are you trying to access different tracks on Soundcloud and finding that some of them work and some of them don't? Because none are working for me right now. The jukebox was playing music perfectly well for me yesterday, and now I get nothing.

Steve, Last night it looks like SoundCloud revoked or modified the permissions that Roll20 has to the SoundCloud API, so music from there isn't going to work for now. They're supposed to post an update today explaining what's going on. The music from TabletopAudio still works, though.
The Roll20 Dev Team is looking into an issue with Soundcloud: Steve K. said: We've been notified of a change to Roll20's access to the SoundCloud API. More information to follow tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvienance. Let's focus on this issue (which is assuredly different from the one experienced by Aymeric L. ) within this thread: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4026744/soundcloud-not-working" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4026744/soundcloud-not-working</a>

After the more generalized issues with Soundcloud are sorted out, please feel free to open a new thread if needed. Thanks!
