LFP - PF Homebrew, Saturday Evenings 7 PM EST < Looking for a Certain Breed of Player >

Are you tired of games where everyone wants to play some kind of "special snowflake" race and class combo? Find the idea of trying to seduce the ancient black dragon your party has run afoul of ridiculous? Unhappy with groupmates who seem to have created their characters just to be a thorn in the side of the rest of you? Just looking for a bit of logic and sensibility in your game? As a GM I answered every one of those questions with a yes. I've been frustrated again and again by those sort of situations after building a logical and realistic world and am hoping to put it in the past by looking to recruit a slightly different type of player this time. I'm looking for older (30+) players who like their fantasy dark and gritty with enemies and villains who have real reasons for their plots and incursions, who don't feel the need to have a character that overshadows their groupmates, who understand that actions taken now may have consequences tomorrow, next week or even a year from now. If this interests you please drop me a PM that includes your gaming experience and preferences. Thanks for your time.
Still looking for a couple more team minded players.
I would be interested, 40+ here, running a Home brew once a month game in my house, and just starting up a Monday 5E game in roll20 for some new players, but it might be nice just to play also. I would be interested in hearing more.
Sounds like an incredibly fun game, if it were not on Saturdays, I would be very interested. I am in a Runelords game on Saturday afternoons to evenings, but if you ever decide to do like Friday nights, count me in. Good to see other old school gamers out there. Dan
Hello, is this still something that may happen (or did I miss the train)?
The GM skipped town on the first session. Since it looks like the campaign collapsed twice in the past without much, if any, session being played, I suspect this GM has commitment issues. Caveat Emptor.
Iranhead was the GM for this event? Anyone willing to take up the DM/GM reigns? I have heard of a few games in which two or three GMs get together to basically run thru a campaign in which each take a turn at running the game with the other getting a chance to play. I have been playing the game since the late 70s and have been running Pathfinder games for the past 4 years or so. Be willing to do a shared campaign sort of thing, if others are interested.
