"Getting Started GMs" wiki page features blank image

Hello, I am a newbie trying to get to know the system. I went to the "Getting Started GMs" wiki page, and the main image there is blank (see attached screenshot). I'm on a Mac and I've tried in both Firefox 24.0 and Chrome 30.0.1599.69, and I get the same blankness in both. Any recommendations so that I can see this highly important visual component? Thanks!

I know what to do! That page just has the video and the transcript with it. Two other ways to watch that are: 1.) Sign out and on the main page (when you type roll20.net in the address bar without being logged in) that video is there if you scroll down. 2.) That video is also on youtube. Search "roll20 gm overview" and it should be one of the first ones.
