error code: NEP:null

Hi, I was trying to play for the first time last night and I kept getting the error code NEP:null when trying to join my friend's game.  I tried connecting using safari, chrome, as well as a fresh install of firefox to no avail.  I'm wondering if the issue has to do with port blocking as I'm staying in a residential hotel (Marriott) that may have firewall settings that block certain services? B

I should also note that I am running OS X 10.11.6 and all the most current versions of safari, chrome, firefox.

Hi, I tried my same system on a different network and i'm having the same error. &nbsp;Can you help?

I just tried booting into windows and am getting the same error. &nbsp;So I know its not the network or software. &nbsp;I'm wondering if there is a bug in my player profile within the game? &nbsp;Or some kind of roll20 side glitch?

And i just logged in on a friends computer on a different network, and it still failed. whereas his roll20 account works fine. &nbsp;He logged in his account on my system and it worked. Therefore, It must be some kind of account problem. &nbsp;Is there an account reset you can do? or some kind of profile issue?

I re-created my account and am still having the same error. &nbsp;I started my own game and it works fine. &nbsp;Just not the campaign that I want to play with my friends.

I created a new account and attempted to join a game I had created a few years ago and was given the same error. My original account can access it just fine, but the new account is unable to join. As above, the new account can join a newly created game, but not this previously created game.

One of my players is also experiencing&nbsp;this same error. He is trying to join a game that I created over a year ago and he keeps receiving&nbsp;this error message. Any thoughts from the devs?

Yeah that game was started 4 years ago.

Alright, we made a fix on the database shard where most older games exist. It was missed in a recent update. This at least fixes Benji's game, and most likely also fixed the rest of the games as well. If your game still doesn't work please give me the game name and we'll look into that one specifically.
