My group currently has three local players and one remote player.
At first we tried everybody with headsets, but the local three kept hearing echos (the live voice and the mic voice) of everyone else in the room. Kinda distracting.
We ended up with two using headphones with their mics muted and the third has headphones with the mic ON, so there is no echoing or reverb.
What I would LIKE to find/use is some kind of a speakerphone that I could hook up to my laptop via USB so that the three locals can just talk and listen from the one speakerphone and everybody doesn't have to have headphones, muted or not.
I have found a couple of decent speakerphones (ranging anywhere from $15 to $80) but I have no idea if they would work or not.
Has anybody else been in this situation? What did you do? What did you use? How many more questions can this guy ask?!?!?! :-)
I certainly appreciate any helpful feedback. Thanks!!
Michael
