Unable to scroll on map

Detailed Description of the Problem So while in game, I was unable to scroll in the map. I would try to scroll using the horizontal scroll bar to slide, I was unable to do so because of my macro scroll bar. I would try to to move the scroll bar to see more of the map and it would move my macro bar. I ended up having to use the hand grabby tool. Steps to Reproduce the Problem While in game, clicking on the scroll bar and sliding it to the right or left to see a different part of the map, instead of viewing the map moving to left or right, seeing the macro bar sliding to the right or left. Having to use the hand/grab tool to move around the map. Description of Your Setup (Browser + Version, Operating System, etc.) (A good place to get that info if you don't know it: http://supportdetails.com/ ) Operating System: Macintosh OS X 10.11.6 Browser and Version: Google Chrome 53.0.2785.116 Picture included: you can see the two horizontal scrollbars overlapping. Exiting and reopening, refreshing, and making the window larger did nothing. Thank you for taking a look! Emily M.
Hi, Emily M. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Having same issue
It is the macro bar somehow blocking it, when I have that many macros where it is near the right side, the scrolling to left and right no longer works. Up and down is unaffected. Once I reduce a few macros from the bar I am able to scroll left and right again. I am using chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 m
Hey guys I'm posting about this in a different post and I can confirm what Tom W. had said, it seems to be the macro quick bar. I have a similar problem only I could move to some degree to the right (because I don't have that many macros). Toggling the macro quick bar off fixed the problem and toggling it back on caused it to happen again so Tom is right, the macro bar is somehow overlapping and blocked the horizontal scroll bar.

For anyone having this issue, can you check to see if change Chat Tech to None fixes this issue? We had patched in a video chat fix yesterday which may be tied to this.

Just tested this myself and there's an overlap conflict when the macro bar generates a scroll bar of its own. This scroll bar obscures the tabletop's and makes it impossible to select it. I'm putting together a ticket and we'll try to get a fix done underway soon! Thank you for the bug report!
still doing it for myself and a fellow DM's group. Kristin C. said: For anyone having this issue, can you check to see if change Chat Tech to None fixes this issue? We had patched in a video chat fix yesterday which may be tied to this. No idea what Chat Tech to None is. Where can I find this?

heh - skipped over it. set to none.
Thanks Silvyre for responding so quickly! 1. Both my primary search browser, Google Chrome is up to date. Firefox, which I just downloaded this now, is up to date and I have the issue in Firefox as well as Google Chrome. (Pictures Included) 2. I turned off all extensions, just incase the ones I did have installed conflicted with Roll20 on my Google Chrome. There are no extensions on my Firefox, I just downloaded it. List of Extensions that I had enabled on Google Chrome: 1. AdBlock 3.2.1 2. Adblock Plus 1.12.2 3. All Recipes 1.2 4. Facebook for Chrome 7 5. Google Docs 0.9 6. Google Docs Offline 1.4 7. Google Mail Checker 4.4.0 8. Lightshot (screenshot tool) 6.1.7 9. NEnhancer 3.5.5 (Netflix tool) 3.5.5 10. Pinterest Save Button 1.4.0 11. Poper Blocker 3.7 12. Privacy Palette 0.4 13. Task Timer 3.10.6 14. TinEye Reverse Image Search 1.1.5 3. Cleared Cache on Google Chrome, I did not on Firefox because I just downloaded it today for this. I was wondering if this could be a macintosh problem, I currently am using Operating System: Macintosh OS X 10.11.6, so I logged on to my pc to see if it was having an issue as well, Operating System: Windows NT 10.0 while using Web Browser: Google Chrome 53.0.2785.116 - It too had the same problem. Tom W. and Derrik G. were correct. Once disabling my macro bar, there was no problem navigating the horizontal navigation bar. However, once I added my macro bar with only a few macros on it, I was completely unable to use the horizontal navigation bar. My macro bar had only seven macros on it (Pictures Included). Thank you everyone for helping! Emily M. Pictuers * While on Firefox on my mac: You can see the navigation scrollbar to move around the map, but when I go to move the map towards the right, it moves the macro bar. ** While on Firefox on my mac: You can see the macro scrollbar to view my macros *** Turning off my macro bar, I am now able to use the horizontal scrollbar to navigate left and right. **** Turning on my macro bar, with a few macros, I was still unable to use the horizontal scrollbar.

Thank you for all that testing, Emily. This is definitely an issue on Roll20's end, we were able to identify it as a universal issue. It's not a personal computer/browser issue.
Thanks Kristin for the update. Good luck!
Any news on this issue?
