Alternative to Sound Cloud for DMs

Have tried this with my game and it works great. https://www.watch2gether.com/ Invite people to your room and boom, upload and play whatever you want to all the players you wish. It sources from soundcloud so... yeah.

Is it me or the playback stops if the site isn't the active tab or something?
Might just be you man, still playing for me.
The one drawback to the site I found is the inability to overlay multiple tracks, (or am I just doing it wrong?) In many of my scenes there is ambient music plus one or two ambient sound effect sound tracks going at the same time. (Think a battle map with theme music plus a rain ambient track and a additional battle track of cannon fire in the background and/or running water.) If there's a way to overlay at least two tracks I'd love to hear how. (That's an honest request/question by the way, sorry if it sounds snarky.)
How do you actually make the videos or tracks from soundcloud loop? if I need to create multiple playlists just to loop a song I think I'm gonna pass.
I also tried https://sync-video.com/ which is btw on the same MO and it's working well. I do have the problem of the videos stopping to buffer when the tab isn't active, but I'm using those long 1~2 hour videos of ambience and themes and it almost never happens.

I think your best bet is to get virtual audio cable working, download the music you want on your computer. and open several music players.
