The normal audio / hitting play works completely and totally fine, however the setting to have it "Play on Load" a track / playlist, it does not work at all. Is there something I have on my end that may be interfering with this?  Using the most updated version of Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 m

Maybe something you've already done, but have you changed it since soundcloud went away? It might still be referencing your soundcloud track rather than a new fanburst, battle-bards, or incompetech track.
Is tabletop audio part of soundcloud? If so that would definitely be the reason why. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Figured it out. Ok so bear with me, and this goes out to the Dev team as well. So if you have the same audio selected for multiple pages, it will actually turn off the ensuing audio on a secondary page, like an on off switch, but what initially messes everything up is upon moving the Player Ribbon from page to page, it acts as the on off switch. Ex, page 1 is playing Frozen Tundra and you move the ribbon to page 2 which is also playing Frozen Tundra. The audio will actually be completey off on Load in if the previous page was playing the same audio. Weird glitch. If a Dev is interested in seeing this happen, I can recreate the effect.

Thank you for pointing this out, I know exactly what's happening. The system is set up so that if you hit play on a track it automatically pauses anything else that's playing first. In this case, because it's the same song it's pausing itself. This is not the desired behavior, I've created a bug report for it, and will try to fix it whenever I have the chance.
Thanks Phil!
