me and a few of my friends have just started playing pathfinder , and one of my friends is a GM and he has been looking for some awesome map tools , if anyone has some suggestions , we would greatly appreciate it :)
i saw alot of nice good quality maps on the post a screenshot of your campaign discussion , and was wondering how they make awesome maps like that , like what kind of map tools do they use to make them
For starters, try googling "Virtual Tabletop Maps" or "Fantasy Battlemaps" or whatever your desired parameters might be. I've found some real gems that way, and some that were adequate but turned into exactly what I needed after a bit of Photoshop lovin'
Cartographer's Guild has a large selection of pretty maps, and/or the bits to make them from, if you're willing to put some effort in.
Well, im the friend he means in this discussion. I'm looking for things that have a more drag and drop editing system, we usually do a small chunk of dungeon or field at a time and it takes me a while to make our maps with the website i currently use, as well as not looking there best.
