Connection problems - STK

I recently bought The Storm King's Thunder on the market place but one of my friends can't seem to connect to the game. He can connect fine to any other game i create, as long as it doesn't contain the storm king's thunder. He enters the game but quickly gets a connection error which makes it so he can't affect anything or even view his character sheet.  Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that your player is having issues with the site. My initial guess  would be that his connection is timing out, SKT is a big module to load initially and if he has a poor connection or low bandwidth available it might just stall. The following steps might help get him up and running however: Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
