If you noticed on the calendar group on google oct 21-nov 19 Games have been removed for Groups 2&3 . This is due to Elk Hunting Season, Group 3 during this time your time slot SHOULD remain unaffected. Groups 2&3 we will try and organize a different time for games. Any times and dates which may leave certain players unable to play and wish to do so, I will attempt to be flexible and provide a small group or solo content for you and any other players affected by the time and date changes. This is a good time to possibly play with people outside your current groups and make new friends. We should possibly throw out tentative times and dates out soon, but as we all know plans change at the last minute. Again communication please. All groups , holiday and family plans are very important. Just leave me a skype or discord message pending on your groups preferred contact with DM, that you will not be showing up even if its 30 min advanced notice. I will usually hold game start time 15-20 min if i think you may be coming. Family and Duty first , has always been and will be my policy. As I am understanding with you, please return that and be understanding with me as I participate in my own family traditions. I know also Nov and Dec are major travel times for most people as will be for me with family plans and gathering, which often happen last minute, again let us keep communications open, it works both ways, and adjust times/date as needed. Games may be canceled or made with little notice in these three months. Games should go completely back to normal in january. Stay flexible for me, as will I for you . Your DM, William
