Hey! Roll20 is one of the gratest web applications for D&D I was looking for all my life! Thank you! Well firstly, I would like to kindly ask you for some help with macros. So what am looking for is to adjust formula below: @str + 1d6 (weapon hitroll) + $3 (weapon damroll) result of this would be (lets consider my STR = 5) 5 + (1d6) + 3 result would be> 5 + 3 + 3 = 8 / +3 I've read wiki for macros and it seems it does not include this damroll feature. Thank you for your help in advance.

There is no syntax for the dice roller to incorporate an attack and a damage roll into a single command. You could potentially achieve this with an API script, but API scripts require that the campaign creator has a Mentor subscription.
Some games use "damroll" which is applicable to enemy wound after you manage to hit it (sword with teeths on blade tears you on pieces much more than the same sword with brand new smooth blade ... the "teeth sword" has the same hit ability, but when you hit enemy, its would would be e.g. +3).
Right, thank you Brian for your quick and kindly answer.

Nukli , Im a bit confused by what you want. Are you trying to have 8 divided by 3 or are you trying to represent the attack roll and the damage roll in the same line? - Gauss
I do attack and damage rolls together all the time. Here's mine that I setup for my GM @{selected|character_name} @{selected|Flavor1a} [[d20+{@{selected|bab}}]] @{selected|Flavor1b}. @{selected|FlavorDamage1} for [[@{selected|damage}]] damage Flavors are text vars the attack roll is self explanatory Damage is a dice var (3d6 or whatever their roll is) For an Orc example this outputs GM says: Orc swings his blade (18) in an attempt to slice you for (14) damage If the attack roll doesn't hit AC you just ignore the damage. It's simple and looks really clean in the interface. My character one is the same but instead of for selected tokens it's for my character. Now that I typed all that I look back and it seems this is more what you're looking for..... You could easily take this same layout and have it output /em [[1d6+@str]] / [[@damroll]] Does that help? I'm not precisely sure what you're asking. Why would this need an API script?
I do something very similar. My typical macro looks like this for the classic 'lance of faith'. /me shoots a brilliant ray of light, searing his foe with golden radiance. Sparkles of light linger around the target guiding his allies next attack. My faith burns you. /r 1d20 + @{HLevel_Mod} + @{WIS_Mod} + @{Implement_Att_Mod} + @{Holy_Symbol_Expertise} vs reflex; On hit; /r 1d8+@{WIS_Mod}+@{Implement_Dmg_Mod}+@{Astral_Fire} radiant dmg; An ally gains +2 to their next attack roll against target. ●▬▬▬▬๑۩۩๑▬▬▬▬▬● I have various attributes code up in the character to account for 1/2 level modification, implement modifiers, etc and it also helps me keep track of all the variables impacting a given attack. The flavor text just adds a bit of fun. The bar at the bottom just rounds it out nicely in the chat window.
