For those of you who teleport, you may want to check out the minor rulings doc. The GMs have been having lengthy discussions about the very varied wordings of a lot of teleport-modifying items and feats. The big changes are in the Items section and in the Glossary and Base Rules section. That's it from me! *smokebombs*

* Smoke Bomb not an actual teleportation power. Use at your own risk. DMs of the Guild cannot be held liable for any personal injury or property damage as a result of using Smoke Bomb. No player will be forced to chose Smoke Bomb for their level 2 utility power, or as their utility power at any other level. Choosing Smoke Bomb of your free will does not release a player of the obligation to understand that there are dangers and risks associated with this action. This responsibility is inherently acknowledged by the very act of opting to have this power available to your character. By opting to use Smoke bomb the player agrees to abide by all rules, instructions, policies and procedures imposed by the Guild Living campaign relating to the use of the campaigns resources and activities.
