Freeform Silly Dungeons & Dragons Inspired RP, Voice only, 3 Players max.

Game title: "The four corners of the Gazebo." The other day I was just idling on a random chat when some trolling role players came in and started to spam the chat with dice rolls and combat stuff and all that and it sparked the idea to try some sort of invented freeform D&D v3.5/Pathfinder RP. Freeform allows players to be roughly anything they want and gives a TON more freedom and even makes combat 30 times faster. Now I have VERY Little prepared for this, but despite that, i wanna wing it and see where it leads and how it goes. What you need to know and fullfill: * Only Europeans or people from the USA whom are awake during the times Europeans are can join! * You need to be experienced with Dungeons and Dragons v3.0, v3.5 and/or Pathfinder Classic, Ebberon and forgotten realms will be highly "abused" * You MUST have a working headset and willing to use it. Mumble, Teamspeak, Ventrilo or Skype, which ever the group prefers. * You obviously should also be fluent with Englsih. * Anyone less then 18 of age will not get admitted to this game. Sorry. * This game will not take it self serious, it's freeform after all. * When you make your character, try keep it's freeform equal to that of level 10 of it's class(es). You are not a master, but you aren't a weakling either. ** ALL classes from any D&D v3.5 and Pathfinder are allowed, But only if you can prove it exists and allow me to read about it! That means, Let me know the book name, the page of where it is in and then i'll let you know if i approve (which i possibly might if i can find it) * Characters are not allowed to be bigger then large size, if you go beyond this, "reroll" your character. But you are welcome to be a monster like race, Ignore it's HD and lvl adj if it's less then 7 in total. (Example: Like if it has 5HD8 + lvl adj 2 = 7 total, That is fine with me, won't be much overpowered, it's freeform after all) * Alignment restrictions for either class or race matters little, all the matters is to have fun * Only a D20 will be used, and used quite often, to add the random factor into the game What you need to do to Apply: Tell me a bit about yourself here, where ya from and what you plan to play as both race and class. Remember, this is Voice Campaign, Text chatting Rping stuff or Play-By-post stuff ain't welcome, sorry. Game sessions will be weekly, just not sure when, but that is what we'll find out together. Game sessions will last 1-2 hours tops Game sessions will not make you rich real life Game sessions will now get you a girlfriend Game sessions are game sessions of game sessions with game sessions upon game sessions of... Okay I'm confused o.o Character sheet: (Make the character in an open notepad like OpenEtherpad thingy and post the link in a post here.) You are also welcome to use a character sheet for either v3.5 or pathfinder, if you would rather want that ^_^ Name: Race: Class: Apparent Age: Size: Skills: (Only write those that are class skills and believe you wish to focus on more then the others.) Class Feats / Feats: Languages: Magickal abilities: Magick spells: Weapons / Armor: Outfit: Equipment/stuff: Notes: Here is my Character i made in OpenEtherpad: Tim Jim Hanksy Hope to hear from some Players soon-ish ^^ Questions and stuff are to be posted below as well :P
no one interested?
I like to join
Hey, name's Jon and this sounds like fun! I'm from the eastern US and plan on playing a Half-Orc Sorcerer (Draconic Bloodline), with ranks in Dragon Disciple who focuses on slashing things to death with a two-handed weapon and burning things with fire magic :D Korm Smashfist (Pathfinder)
lasse w. said: I like to join Then make a character and link it, at least that would be a great start ;) Jonathan R. said: Hey, name's Jon and this sounds like fun! I'm looking forward to see what havoc this game will yield ;) As for when we play, that we'll leave up to discussion. I plan to have at least 2 hours of gameplay per game session. If Lasse W. Joines, then we have a full compliment of players, As my brother will be joining us, surprisingly enough. He is not the biggest Dungeons and Dragons player. But Hey, i'll be willing to have him Ride the fun ;) So, Jonathan and Lasse, Which form of communication should we use? Ventilo, Mumble, Teamspeak or Skype or something else? We could also just use roll20's voice/video communication options. *shrug*

is it possible for me to join if i can just need to know the day and time im in the usa dont have plans of a character just yet but ive got some ideas and is myth weavers ok? mumble is good and i also have a teamspeak server if you need one
From my personal experience, Roll20's vid/voice chat is kinda terrible. I'd be okay with using either Skype, Mumble or Teamspeak (however, I do not have access to a server on Mumble or teamspeak).

At least this is freeform, so i don't haft to worry to much about pure statistics... Which means that rolling for your Attributes (like Str, Dex, Wis etc) would be almost a waste of time. Well, then we just need to find a day to play maybe once a week or once every two weeks or what not. Due to most of you being from USA, I would suggest the days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday As it's part of a weekend, and both my brother and Me can stay up late without having to worry about getting to bed to late and miss sleep before work. What do you think? I'll try talk to my brother and convince him to make an account here so he can join this converstation...
IF any of you have Skype, you are welcome to add me: " HesjingT " Just remember to tell me your Roll20 name and that you ARE from roll20...
