Maps/Token Black Out

So recently got back on and tried to make a new map page and when I upload a picture and place it to the new map grid it will show for a brief second when I resize it then goes either blank or black but if you double click the area where it was placed it shows that it is there but there is no image just either blank or black box.  I've never had this problem until tonight.  Anyone have any ideas what is wrong and how to fix this?

So did some experimenting and switched to another laptop of mine.  Everything loads and shows on the google chrome browser for that laptop bare in mind it has windows 10.  I tried its mozilla as well as the mozilla for this laptop yet this laptops google chrome browser does not want to show what i put on the map page grid so I am at a loss for what to do good ole devs.  I don't understand why one laptops chrome works right and the other does not.  Thankfully I have mozilla.  Seriously build a better technical support contact page instead of forums and actually reply to some of these I see lot that have been sitting for days.

Seeing as how I've done the first three time and again (yes I did as instructed before posting this) I doubt a console log is going to show much, but will attempt this when I get home today.  I do have a theory on google chrome though.  In the history section when clearing browsing data there is a selection box marked Media Licenses which states "some premium content could be lost such as netflix etc..."  Could selecting this when wiping the chrome history be the cause?
