Map flashing while scrolling,

This is a picture of what happens when I'm playing roll 20 (every time i move the map, scrolling up or down in or out), I'm not sure if this is a common issue; I've tried playing on firefox/chrome/opera every browser does the exact same thing when when i scroll up and down the map. I've tried clearing cache, making sure the browsers are up to do date, turned off antivirus software as well as making sure there are no extensions running but i'm still getting this - any ideas?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs . You've done that. Step 3: Clear your cache You've done that.
