2 different issues in 2 separate games: 'slow' dynamic lighting and maps loading only partially

The game where you spammed the chat, have the GM clear the chat and see if the maps load faster. It is done by the GM using the setting button outside the game where the join button is located at. He clicks on it then chooses game setting then scrolls down to the clear chat archive and clicks on it. It is recommended that the GM copies anything in the chat archives that is important prior to doing this as once it is clear, it is gone. Overall, the internet is slow today due to various DDOS attacks happening which are effecting various components that roll20 and other websites rely on. It might clear up on it's own. If none of what I said helps then try the various steps of our troubleshooting guide (you've done pieces of it already). No add ons and we're already running update on drop. What I think originally caused this (I believe) was clicking a bunch of spells within a few seconds of each other on the now completely non functional game. I was helping another player with DM tools and she was worried about spoilers in the chat so I spammed spells to fill it up. Since then I've had these two issues.

I was helping another player with DM tools and she was worried about spoilers in the chat so I spammed spells to fill it up. Since then I've had these two issues. FYI, a game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by Clearing the game's Chat Archive (note: not Clearing your Current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it.

Unfortunately, that didn't help either. Would it be against site rules to create and play on a new account? I can't think of other methods of troubleshooting.

We just started to have the same issue in our groups event. Map loads for some people and for others only various parts load and dont load. Seems to be the same issue that OP was describing in his original post.
