Laggy&bug music on Roll20

Heya, Since the new switch on Fanburst it's really a mess to collect and launch decent music. And btw, it's very laggy. On all of it. Boring and annoying. I hope you will fix it quickly. I'm a Pro Member. Cheers Foldine

Hi Foldine. Please go into your Page Settings on whatever Page you're on, scroll down to Play On Load setting, and make sure that an old SoundCloud track is not trying to load from there. It could be in the background silently throwing errors, since SoundCloud music links don't work anymore. Hey Gold, Thanks for your answers. Not working, all my page are "None" and I clean up all my old sounds. The new jukebox&tracks are from Fanburst or picking from the battlebard. I have a session tonight, I will let you know how the music run ^^ Cheers Foldine

Ok! We can try the Troubleshooting steps tomorrow if you find issues with sound lag tonight. &nbsp; The basic start of troubleshooting steps is to clear your browser cache, and make sure you aren't using any browser add-ons that could conflict, if you want to check those questions in advance. The only time I've been experiencing lag-pauses-glitches in the sound is during the loading of a large page map. After the loading is finished the sounds seem to play smoothly for me. Be patient if the lag is during the initial loading time.
Still laggy even after "cache clear". So I upload my own music, via Fanburst, and it seems to be "ok". Wait&See ^^ Cheers Foldine
