tutorial not loading properly

ok so its been a while since i used the site. i started the tutorial to refresh on how to do things on the site.every thing was fine untill i got to the section on page toolbar. it asked me to hover over the page marked player then click the gear box to continue. i did this and the text pop up to tell me what i was supposed to do did not show up. i got worried the site had broken or something so i went to the help section looked up how to solve techniquel problems. it said to make sure every thing was updated. i checked java and adobe reader dc were not updated i had no pop up blockers active. i updated all the required programs restarted the browser cleared cache and my cookies came back started the tutorial again got to the same spot and had the same problem.i refreshed the page and it started at the begining of the tutorial. i clicked on the page tool bar of the menu section and it started working. i figured it must have taken a second to fix its self. then i got to the journal section and it the text disappeared and would not contineu again i refreshed the page and it did not work im guessing that there is some kind of bug for the site making tutorial not complete operating system 8.1 screen resolution 1366 x 768 web browser firefox 49.0 browser size 1366 x657 ip address 98.255.127.175 javascript enabled cookies enabled color depth 24 bit flash version 23.0.-1 can you please fix this

We're aware that there are bugs in the Tutorial that break the flow of the pop-up messages. I spent the end tail of last week doing a sweep to see what steps are getting gummed up and hopefully we can finally start hammering these issues out.
thank you for trying to fix these things. i sent other messages that told where i found some of the breaks
